By aligning with the Agency’s strategic objectives and leveraging the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework, the initiative effectively streamlined processes optimized financial operations and supported the agency's digital maturity and innovation goals. The transformation also emphasized talent management, process improvement, and policy change management, enhancing efficiency and value delivery across the CFO's operations.

Model Metrix Inc - Mission-Critical Modeling Solutions - Innometrix platform
Architected an Innovation Performance Management Software SaaS platform with three levels of configuration. Model Metrix personnel can configure a data dictionary for each Innometrix client. The client can configure their business terms, and their employees will use the platform to enter data. 

SeamlessChex - Online payment startup
Initially needed to audit the development company’s work on their product. The audit exposed a dead-end system architecture, necessitating an urgent solution. The prototype was transformed into a stable, high-performance cloud system with numerous client API integrations. The platform’s functionality was expanded, making it more user-friendly and competitive.
